To assist in determining material requirements for the Parts Distribution organization. Maintains and updates information for Supply Division.
I. Ensures all informational systems (blueprint, illustrator and vendor parts catalogs, and service information) are kept current by updating when information is received from Engineering, governmental agencies, vendors, technical series, etc.
II. Maintains and makes necessary changes to the Parts Distribution Part Master File to include vendor code identification, description clean-up, review of notes on cancel coded items, reviewing shelf life requirements, reviewing pack size of minimum quantity pack and aircraft I.D. review.
III. Coordinates with planners in Parts Distribution, Engineering, and Purchasing to ensure all necessary changes are made to parts in Division and Parts Distribution Inventory. Sets-up and researches new part numbers that are ordered by Distribution.
IV. Researches and provides aircraft parts quotes for various aircraft models based on specific needs of the customers.
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
