Job Summary:

Candidates will provide material and process engineering support for the various engineering and production activities associated with the design, manufacture, and continuing operational safety of aircraft. This may include opportunities in mechanical testing, metallurgical analysis, failure analysis, and design review.

Job Responsibilities (may include, but not limited to):

* Test and evaluate materials and fasteners

* Perform failure analysis

* Provide technical support to internal manufacturing operations and suppliers

* Review design concepts and engineering drawings

Qualifications

Education:

* Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate Degree in:

* Metallurgical Engineering

* Materials Science / Engineering

* Mechanical Engineering

Position Requirements:

* Professional and diplomatic demeanor

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Strong sense of accountability and integrity

* Hands-on experience with machinery or laboratory equipment
