Proactively and effectively network with cargo customer base, key accounts and strategic partners throughout the region with the purpose of effectively improving the revenue and profitability of NZ cargo services.Plan and execute a robust and results-oriented sales call schedule that ensures the assigned accounts are routinely and effectively serviced.Leverage prior software/CRM tool experience to quickly master our online sales support platform. Ensure its use is in step with commensurate market activity and correctly updated.Expertise in profiling and identifying tangible sales prospects. This includes use of market intelligence, commercial acumen and other methods to smartly target potential customers.Demonstrate a high level of expertise with multi-channel sales mediums including in-person sales, written communication, promotional campaigns and e-marketing for solicitation of NZ cargo services.Have a thorough understanding of Air New Zealand's product offering and key selling points (KSP's) in relation to competition and the supporting markets. Be able to effectively convey this to customers and persuade decision making.Ensure Air NZ Cargo is perceived as an industry-leading cargo product that delivers an extraordinary value proposition while providing superior service performance.
