Provides administrative assistance in the scheduling, planning, procurement, and execution of internal office activities. Assists in the execution of tasks from higher headquarters (i.e. PM NV/RSTA, PEO IEW&S, OASA (ALT), and other Pentagon-based organizations) and internal action/efforts. Ensures PdM Radars is functionally operational for day to day activities. Specific duties include: Submitting work order requests for individual offices and cubicles, Submitting work order requests for common areas such as conference room, SIPR room, entrance, kitchen, supply rooms, and anything within the confines of the PM Radar footprint. Track all work orders from submission to completion. Monitor all requests for new construction and sustainment within PdM Radar’s footprint. Serve as primary Point of Contact (POC) for the set-up, coordination, and execution of all ceremonies for PdM Radars.
