Supplies support to Director Commercial Programs to off load routine work. Responsible for data analysis and publishing metrics. Responsible for Industrial Security responsibilities relating to visit requests.
Analyzes data and complies statistical reports. Establishes and tracks organizational metrics. Assist others in organization with developing metrics.
Develop and maintains database of historical program costs, quotes and BOE, corporate requests and responses, etc.
Composes and prepares letters, correspondence, special reports, technical papers, presentations and e-mail using standard software applications and in a form consistent with standard business practice.
Reviews email and routes to appropriate person for action. Track items to insure follow-up in a timely manner.
Schedules and/or arranges meetings, travel, lodging for department director. Ensures reimbursements are made when appropriate.
Processes reimbursements requests in timely manner.
Screens internal and external visitors and phone calls. Provides assistance to telephone callers. Answers questions and responds to requests and complaints.
Take minutes during meetings or conference calls. Schedules appointments, meetings, and conferences. Files correspondence and other records.
Sets up and schedules lunches (both catered and dine out) for meetings.
Submit base visit requests for simulation and FlightSafety Visual.
Alert FBI to any foreign national visitors coming to our facility.
Backup the Facility Security Officer.
Ensure all briefings and restriction maps are sent to Point of Contact for visitors coming into the facility.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and REQUIREMENTS
High School or equivalent, technical school a plus with a minimum of three years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and Syteline
EQUIPMENT KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
PC literate, Basic Office equipment.
Exhibit and practice professional and courteous behavior while interacting with both internal and external customers.
