Orlando - (MCO)

The Tech Ops Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, scheduling meetings and manage files.

Essential Job Functions
· Manage and maintain Tech Ops Sr. Leadership schedules 
· Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software 
· Manage OJT, Training, and other pertinent files for Tech Ops team members 
· Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution
· File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports 
· Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries 
· Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work 
· Prepare agendas and make arrangements for meetings 
· Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by Tech Ops Sr Leadership
· Compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings 
· Conducts other duties as assigned
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
· Ability to adjust direction in response to changing work situations 
· Superior organizational and interpersonal skills as well as problem-solving, negotiation and follow-up skills 
· Ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects in a timely manner 
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality 
· Excellent word processing, spreadsheet and database computer skills 
· Must possess advance skills with PCs and Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 
· Strong accuracy and attention to detail and ability to work with little guidance 
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work well with staff at all levels 
· Strong customer service skills with an upbeat, positive attitude 
· Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship 
· Must be able to pass a Drug and Alcohol Screen, and FBI Fingerprint 10 Year Criminal Background Check 
Education and Experience
· A minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience 
               . High School Diploma/GED Required   
                    · Bachelor degree preferred
