KBRwyle is recognized as a leading provider of specialized engineering, scientific, and technical services to the Department of Defense. We are seeking a highly motivated self-starter candidate to fill the part time position of our Dallas office administrative. Job duties include: provide office administrative support including: Answer telephones, receive, sort and distribute mail, prepare and maintain appointment calendars, coordinate/schedule appointments and perform reception functions (visitor control, greetings, etc.) for the office. Draft, edit and prepare correspondence (letters, directives, memoranda, newsletters, etc.), graphical presentations and spreadsheets utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint as directed. Provide VTC set up and operational support for the office conference rooms to include multimedia/audiovisual support for meetings/conferences. Provide draft correspondence, meeting notes and messages, assistance with faxing, copying, collating of issue papers, point papers, instructions, speeches, articles, presentations, and briefings and other correspondence as required. Provide personnel administrative support including: preparation, submission, tracking and retrieval of travel orders and travel vouchers for office personnel; assist as required in arranging reservations, transportation and lodging. Administer electronic mail, including messages, attend meetings, prepare agendas, draft and administer/distribute minutes, copy and distribute documentation, and develop and maintain files (hard copy and electronic) as necessary. Participate in preparation of Personnel listings, policy, training and manual updates, etc. Maintain and order adequate office supplies and equipment, to service all personnel in the assigned office spaces. Provide capability to archive and store historical documentation.

Education/ Experience: Applicant must have a High School Diploma. A minimum of five (5) years recent experience in office administration is required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: The ability to plan for distributed project work is required. Must be self-starter with a strong work ethic able to perform with minimal supervision. Must have excellent written and oral communication and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a professional, confidential attitude in a fast paced, multi-task oriented environment. Candidate must also be proficient in MS Office suite of software. Employee must be able to obtain/maintain a national security clearance. The chosen candidate must be able to lift 40 pounds. An associate's degree is desired. Knowledge or previous experience working for or with military preferred.
