Responsible for administration of surplus sales program covering aircraft tools and parts. Manages asset control, including receipt and transfer of inventory. Assesses on-hand inventory and market demand and makes recommendations for developing customer base and promoting sales. Compiles and analyzes required data to support sales transactions. Assists in establishing and maintaining business processes and procedures. Provides customer support for inquiries, sales quotes and customer credit applications. Prepares and processes sales quotes, invoices, export documents and related correspondence. Prepares items for shipment and transacts in accordance with Federal, State and company regulations. Maintains sales files and performs audits as required. Coordinates with internal departments as required to support various functions and compliance. Ensures compliance with company and legal requirements.
The ideal candidate must be self-motivated and able to work in a dynamic team environment. In this role, the Administrator must have an understanding of Company policies, procedures and agreements. The ability to prioritize tasks and projects in order to meet deadlines and objectives as well as handle multiple projects concurrently is essential. Must have a proven ability to follow-up and complete projects with minimal supervision. Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately complete tasks is necessary. Must be able to report to work regularly and on-time. Must, at all times, represent the department and the Company in a professional and ethical manner.
