Reporting to the Project Manager, the Lead Technician is responsible for overseeing, directing and orienting Aircraft Maintenance Technicians to execute their work in accordance to task requirements and in line with the Company Repair Station procedures and requirements, ensuring compliance to FAA/EASA regulations and in line with OEM MPDs, and in so doing delivering efficient high quality work with safety being their uncompromising priority.
EDUCATION: High School Diploma/GED. Holds a current mechanic certificate with Airframe Rating, and has held this ratings for at least 3 years.
EXPERIENCE: At least 3 years of diversified maintenance experience on large aircraft with an Air Carrier, Commercial Operator or Certified Repair Station, and must have acted as an A&P Mechanic.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
