Aircraft on Ground Coordinator – Hebron, KY


Jet Support Services, Inc. (JSSI) is seeking an Aircraft on Ground (AOG) Coordinator to be based in the Cincinnati, OH/Northern KY (CVG) area.

The AOG Coordinator is the first contact for Clients and will assist the Airframe Technical Advisors (TA) in handling the client’s needs on routine, minor unscheduled and AOG events.



  1. Create Service Calls that will alert the TA of a future or current events.
  2. Assist Client and TA by placing parts orders, as requested, with the JSSI Purchasing department.
  3. Communicate with the client and the maintenance provider, as required.
  4. Research logbooks, as required.
  5. Responsible for event triage, assessing and ensuring each situation is handled appropriately by:
    1. Being the initial contact for the client and/ or maintenance provider.
    2. Initial setup to track and support the maintenance event.
    3. Turning the event over to the TA after initial setup.
  6. Review and process invoices using the company provided invoicing system, meeting turn time goals set forth by Technical Services Management and policy.
  7. Will be trained to have a thorough understanding of the current contract, policies and procedures
  8. Develops and maintains client relationships through periodic contact.
  9. Perform other responsibilities as assigned by Technical Services Management.



*Bachelor’s Degree in Aviation Field preferred

*Airframe and Powerplant ratings are a plus.  Candidates without A&P ratings would be expected to obtain such ratings within one year of employment.

*Experience with corporate turbine-powered business aircraft is helpful, with particular interest in working with airframes.

*Excellent Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills

*Strong interpersonal skills

*Ability to read and write articulately and analytically

*Clear understanding of relevant technical skills

*Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure

*Well organized

* Have or be able to obtain passport and perform international travel
