Primary Job Duties:

The focus of this job is on producing high quality, detailed work based on established standards, guidelines and procedures. Precise, consistent work output is essential. Job knowledge is gained through training and positive job performance.

  • Maintain accurate historical records for aircraft and components
  • Responsible for auditing maintenance paperwork
  • Maintain aircraft and component hours/cycles
  • Maintain historical and current status of aircraft parts
  • Maintain a list of major alterations to each aircraft and engine
  • Responsible for communication between maintenance bases
  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned by Supervisor and Manager

Minimum Requirements:

  • At least 18 years old
  • Must understand general math concepts
  • Computer competency (word processing, windows navigation)
  • Must be able to maintain a steady pace while completing repetitive tasks
  • Must have excellent analytical, technical and problem solving skills
  • Must be able to work with tight time constraints
  • Position requires self-motivation, discipline and organization
  • Needs to be dependable, stable and independent
  • Be able to work in a corporate environment
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and be mindful of coworkers and their respective workloads
  • Proper phone etiquette
  • Good verbal and written communication

This position will require the selected candidate to travel outside the station for training - in addition to the completion of their new hire onboarding.
