The Analyst - Administrative Services - Maintenance reports to the Manager-Maintenance Administration and will be responsible for providing quality administrative support to all operational departments throughout ExpressJet Headquarters by:

  • Delivery and pick-up mail at Corporate Headquarters (Hartsfield Centre).
  • Coordinate and provide A-Tech mail processing; freight and special package deliveries:
    • Deliver, gather, sort and process US Mail as well as intra-company mail at central pick-up/delivery locations within A-Tech.
  • Coordinate and provide C-Concourse & D-Concourse mail processing:
    • Deliver and gather US Mail as well as intra-company mail at central pick-up/delivery locations at C-Concourse & D-Concourse for mail for:  Chief Pilot's, Chief Flight Attendants and Drug Abatement.
  • Provide bulk mail or package distribution assistance when requested for any assigned operating unit.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of all materials and documents that are handled.
  • When scheduled pick-ups/deliveries are completed, the employee will be assigned specific tasks within the Maintenance department, as requested by Management.

 

Requirements
  • High School Graduate or equivalent (GED).
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be a US citizen or show proof of right to work in the US.
  • Must have a valid Driver's License.
  • SIDA badging will be required.
  • Ability to fluently read, write, speak and understand English.
  • Effective verbal communication skills and ability to interact well with customers at all levels in the company.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task projects with tight deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to work with Window-based application software.
  • Flexibility to work a modified schedule and overtime as necessary to meet project deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, team player.
  • Friendly and outgoing personality.
  • Ability to work unsupervised, regularly.
  • Willing to support MX staff as requested.
  • Experience in mail management process preferred.
