Summary/Objective: This position will oversee and be responsible for the booking and general audit of crewmember ground and deadhead travel. Additionally, execute and oversee the maintenance and scheduling of pilot monthly training and IOE. Essential Functions:
Coordinate the planning of travel accommodations for all crewmembers outside of day-of requests.
Communicate and provide hotel and ground transportation requirements to contracted vender.
Oversee all crewmember travel/hotel invoices for payment processing.
Interface with crew hotel committees.
Audit all processes; looking for improvement in efficiency and cost.

Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or one to two years· related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
1-2 years regional or major airline experience.
1-2 years in a work environment using complex labor contracts and restrictive work rules.
1-2 years' experience working with FAR rest and duty limitations.
Intermediate Computer Knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Excel
Must have authorization to work in the United States
Able to speak, read, and understand English
Ability to communicate with all levels of management
Qualified candidate must pass a criminal history background check
