Perform a variety of technical and analytical activities in supporting the maintenance and administration of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS - Ultipro). Provide application and end user support for Ultipro. Understand and execute basic HRIS transactions. Assist with the implementation and development of HRIS projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in basic HRIS transactions and provide needed support for implementations, integrations, upgrades, modifications and enhancements. Continuously improve through cost-effective enhancements. Ensure security / accuracy of data. Maintain employee data in HRIS and Payroll Systems.
  • Work with the HRIS team in developing and scheduling standard reports for ongoing customer needs.
  • Administer assigned components of HRIS system, programs and processes according to established policies and procedures. HRIS systems process documentation.
  • Review and audit HR data on a periodic basis; take actions to help ensure integrity in systems and processes. Develop data integrity protocols and help maintain data integrity in the systems by analyzing data, creating and running various audits.
  • Develops new ad-hoc or standard reports as needed to meet reporting needs involving employee data, including headcount reporting and HR Metric reporting.
  • Perform Audit and remediation activities. Works collaboratively with HRIS team to support fixes and enhancement. Identify obstacles, opportunities for improvement and changes to business processes.
  • Assists with preparation and delivery of end-user training for new system functionality, or training for new users. Provide 1st tier support, providing functional and technical support and guidance in the utilization of ESS and assists in training team members on new processes and functionality.
  • Participate in various HR projects and process improvement activities. Document standard operating procedures. knowledge of HRIS functions, execution and results. Able to set up, modify and execute standard processes in all core HRIS functions.
  • Knowledge of UltiPro necessary. Broad knowledge of HR functions and processes including Benefits, Compensation, Performance Management, Employee Relations and Talent Management.
  • Ability to support HR service delivery strategy through execution and metrics based on measurable business outcomes and cost-effectiveness. General Knowledge of laws impacting HR processes.

Required skills/experience:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 3 to 5 years of experience
  • Proficient in MS office
