Position Overview

This position supports, guides and provides business enabling tools to the Global Sales organization. The Sales Analytics analyst will conduct robust deep dive analyses and reporting which will allow Global Sales to better understand their respective markets while reducing our distribution costs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect data and analyze effectiveness and return on investment from all sales channels
  • Run and distribute monthly reports to support and track sales activities
  • Create dashboards to give Senior Management a concise and clear view of all sales activities on a regular basis
  • Work with Hawaii, North America Sales, International Sales and Alliances to gather relevant data
  • Recommend initiatives to reduce the cost of sales and implement those initiatives as needed
  • Lead analysis to support Sales projects
  • Build complex and robust models to analyze Sales data and make recommendations to Senior Management
  • Focus on constantly improving the quality of the data used in Sales Analytics (internal and external data)

Minimum Requirements

  • BA or BS degree (advanced quantitative or business degree a plus) and 2 years of experience in quantitative analytics
  • Strong communication skills, including written and verbal communication experience with senior management
  • Deep interest in analyzing data and the ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sound decision-making
  • Strong modeling and reporting skills in Excel, Access and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

  • Airline Experience
  • 2 to 3 years of work experience in an analytical role
  • SQL knowledge
