Job Description

  • Responsible for the management, facilitation, development and support of various SuccessFactors HR modules ensuring that their configuration and maintenance are held to the documented required standards
  • Responsible for various data analysis and audits as needed by management
  • Must be able to identify data root causes, troubleshoot and analyze any errors within and between systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Analyzes personnel data and develop various summary reports for senior management utilizing HR data
  • Works on problems of diverse scope and is required to find imaginative and practical solutions to a wide variety of difficult problems
  • Partners with IT counterparts to ensure that goals and objectives of projects are accomplished within prescribed timeframes and funding parameters
  • Responsible for the creation and execution of various testing strategies and plans as directed by management or team leads
  • Assists with providing custom reports to all levels of management

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in business related area of concentration
  • 3-5 years of analytical experience, preferably in HR technology or analysis
  • Strong experience in successfully managing a variety of significant cross-functional projects in parallel
  • Demonstrate well-developed strategic thinking and a customer service orientation
  • Must possess a strong ability to communicate with all levels of the organization, including senior management, both verbal and written
  • Must be flexible with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously/effectively and work in a fast-paced, changing environment with continuous attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills and quantitative ability with high level of professionalism and discretion
  • Able to prioritize workload, assume responsibility for work and follow through to completion
  • Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with internal and external colleagues
  • Demonstrate well-developed strategic thinking and a customer service orientation
  • Strong experience in successfully managing a variety of significant cross-functional projects in parallel
  • Well-developed ability to quickly understand enterprise and business segment objectives
  • Well-developed ability to build trust and strong relationships with customers (business partners)
  • Expert knowledge of MS Office Suite required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access)
  • Strong SharePoint experience preferred
  • Excellent written / verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Prior HRIS system experience preferred (SAP HR, Cognos, Oracle HR, Discoverer, SuccessFactors, etc.) but not required
  • Some travel may be required
