Responsible for building global marketing and communications plans for the AAdvantage loyalty program and all airline business units including onboard products, food & beverage, airports, lounges, elite services and more.
Builds strong relationships with business units, and develops integrated campaigns that drive awareness and demand. Assists in developing creative strategies and assets to most effectively communicate key messages and inspire customers to act. Coordinates placements in relevant channels, including emerging media and paid channels, to maximize reach and performance. Analyzes historic channel and product performance, and identifies new opportunities for revenue growth.
