Job Description

Revenue Management places significant focus on the personal and professional development of employees, from the commencement of the recruiting process until the RM tenure comes to a close. Through our innovative recruiting cycle, robust training program, and engagement of leadership development, RM is always looking for ways to improve the life cycle of the analyst.

The ideal candidate will help coordinate one of the initiatives that will be vital to RM’s success:

  • Continue to develop an industry leading departmental education program that will transform the way in which analysts develop technical, interpersonal, and leadership skills throughout their life cycle in RM. The candidate will work to develop the platform by which information is shared, create comprehensive outline of program deliverables, coordinate content delivery, and provide a tracking mechanism for employee success.
  • Champion creative solutions to meet continuously changing staffing needs. Programs are currently being developed to identify data driven ways to quantify staffing trends, build stronger, more in-depth relationships with top US universities, and create more efficient ways to screen and source talent, and effectively track a fluid organization of 350+ employees. Candidate will partner heavily with HR, Finance, Compensation and other external groups while reporting regularly on the status of the organization to senior leadership.

Job Qualifications

  • BS/BA or equivalent experience/training
  • Strong Project Management experience
  • Proven history of relentless focus on continuous improvement in a functional area
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and present effectively to senior management, other departments, and team members
  • Ability to drive towards group consensus in a collaborative manner
  • Experience in developing frameworks for process improvement using quantified and measurable methods
  • Superior time management, organization skills with ability to prioritize and manage tasks effectively without direct supervision
