High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education required.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
At least 2 years work experience as an Analyst or equivalent position required
At least 3 years of Requirements Gathering required
At least 3 years of work experience in Testing/IT
At least 3 years of experience working in all phases of a Software Development Life Cycle required.
At least 3 years of experience writing detailed use case creation and execution required.
At least 3 years of experience implementing solutions in a variety of delivery methodologies (SDLC, Agile, Waterfall) required
Advanced knowledge of HP Quality Center required
Minimum 3 plus years’ experience with evaluation of existing processes and continuous improvement exercises required
Experience in Continuous integration (CI), Continuous test (CT), Continuous delivery (CD) model and Agile preferred
Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines.
Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines.
