Responsible for leading and developing analytical studies in support of all operations divisions. This role will utilize various data analysis methods and tools to evaluate multi-division operations performance, develop root cause analyses of performance impacts, and create plans of action to improve operations and company performance. Develop advanced analytical models and framework to enable streamlined production of automated and interactive reports to drive performance improvements. Support goal setting alignment across the operating divisions and continuous improvement in visualization of data, including cross-divisional dashboards. This position will prepare presentations detailing analyses and recommendations to support leadership decision making across the various operations divisions. The individual will need to quickly learn potentially unfamiliar topics, manage individual and group priorities to ensure project deadlines are met, and establish and maintain relationships with peers across all operational divisions.
Bachelors degree and minimum of 3 years of related experience required in an analytical role, MBA, MIS/CIS/CS, or MS degree in a quantitative discipline preferred. Must have superior quantitative, analytical, and organizational skills and demonstrate critical thinking with respect to cause & effect relationships. Data analysis and mining experience strongly preferred and must be able to quickly learn new data subject areas. Experience working with advanced analytical software such as SAS and Hyperion Brio strongly preferred. Must be capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously and managing priorities appropriately. Must have experience authoring presentations and communications targeted to varied audiences, including company leadership. Must be able to work in a fast paced team environment with minimal supervision. Must have expert knowledge in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Must be performing satisfactorily in current role.
