Demonstrate proper use of simple hand, machine tools and electrical/mechanical measuring devices in a clean room environment.
Take ownership for accuracy of processes and resulting costs.
Accurately read and follow procedures, routing and other work instructions
Responsible for quality and for building parts that meet customer expectations & deadlines
Responsible to comply with applicable elements of quality systems.
Ability to work successfully in a team environment, to plan and prioritize work to meet production schedules
Acquire applicable skill/knowledge/certifications as required.
Understand end uses of products being built.
Comply with safety and hazardous waste disposal programs.
Participate in cost or scrap reduction and process improvement initiatives

Understand and use basic computer tools such as SAP and Auto-time
Achieve special process certification where applicable.

Qualification: Production clean room experience is preferred and to effectively work in this environment 100% of the time.
Past chemical handling & processing capacity a plus
To operate silicon wafer processing equipment
Ability to follow detailed assembly instructions.
Ability to focus on safety and quality is extremely important.
Must be highly motivated and dedicated to exceed customer expectations
Education: Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent
