Position will be working directly with Sun Country customers. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to answering incoming calls and answering customer questions; tracking of delayed baggage, claim and resolution information; logging of all incoming delayed baggage reports from outstations and corresponding customer communication; monitoring on hand baggage inventory.
  • High school diploma or equivalent and/or 2 years customer service related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must be computer literate (Microsoft Applications)
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions
  • Worldtracer experience a plus
  • Ability to professionally and effectively communicate information and respond to questions
  • Available to work varying part time shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to lift up to 100lbs
  • Hours varied including weekends and Holidays
  • Conduct all tasks in a safe and efficient manner complying with all local, state and federal safety and health regulatory requirements, programmatic standards, and with any internal policies and procedures identified by Sun Country Airlines
  • Qualified candidates must pass a criminal history background check
