Hawaiian Airlines is looking to hire two (2) Business Development Executives in Beijing:

* Business Development Executive - Package/Group
* Business Development Executive - OTA/Direct

Key Responsibilities:

* Reporting to the Country Director, China, responsible for identifying, sourcing and procuring incremental sales revenue whilst retaining and growing existing revenue streams

* Develop a pipeline of new sales and tactical opportunities including package product/group business or OTA/Direct

* Develop and manage the strategic partnerships with new and existing customers to achieve sales targets; Provides business development support to the Country Director and Business Development Manager, capitalizing on incremental revenue opportunities

* Contract negotiation and ongoing contract management
* Ensure all customer service plans and agreements are being met:

* Develop and execute a strategy for each customer to maximize revenue; Develop annual sales promotion plan; Negotiate performance based incentives and ongoing terms & conditions; ongoing monitoring of performance, revenue contribution, growth, potential
and ROI
* Customer calls and site visits
* Manage individual customer budgets

* Communicate and inform HA management of customer performance and industry developments

* Effectively represent HA internally and externally including participation at relevant industry functions and conferences

* Develop strategies which align financial, customer and overall HA business objectives

* Build a culture of high performance within the sales team including sharing and developing best practice and effectively contributing to building knowledge within the team

* Keep the Hawaiian Airlines management team informed of communications with customers and industry developments

* Participate in co-operative promotional activity with customers and business partners

* Presentations & product updates to customers as required
* Monitor and report on market intelligence and make necessary recommendations to ensure Hawaiian Airlines products and fare offerings are competitive

* Effectively represent Hawaiian Airlines internally and externally including participation at relevant industry functions and conferences

* Develop strategies which align financial, customer and overall Hawaiian Airlines business objectives

* Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

* 5 years of experience in B2B group sales or package product management experience within airline industry or travel related company

* Experience in developing, implementing & managing account sales and marketing programs to drive improved revenue outcomes

* Ability to build strategic partnerships and exceptional relationships with agency partners

* Proven success with the implementation of robust and creative sales promotions

* Demonstrated experience and knowledge of airline and outbound travel industry in China

* Demonstrated experience in the creation, development and execution of sales promotion initiatives supported by associated business strategies

* Strong negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills
* Strong computer skills including a solid knowledge of Microsoft Office functionalities

* Flexibility and willingness to work outside business hours and at weekends as required

* Highly analytical, logical with strong decision making and critical thinking skills

* A professional with strong presence and the capability to represent Hawaiian Airlines in interactions and negotiations with important business partners

* An individual with very strong interpersonal skills; Ability to persuade and negotiate successfully at all organizational levels

* An energetic enthusiastic team player who has the ability to work in a collaborative, success oriented yet caring company culture

* Outstanding ability to work independently and as part of a team
* High degree of professionalism
* Passion and commitment for the role with a focus on driving to exceed goals
* Excellent communication skills both written and oral
* Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Ability to multitask
* Is proactive and take ownership of tasks
* Strong planning and organizational skills
* Native Mandarin and fluent business English languages
