As a member of the Global Talent Planning and Acquisition (GTP&A) team, the Business Process Analyst will serve as a liaison to the People Analytics organization as well as Global Talent Strategy and work to formulate talent recommendations and solutions rooted in data. We are currently seeking two Business Process Analysts to be located in one or more of the following locations: Seattle, Washington D.C. or Chicago. These individuals will develop measures and performance indicators to track effectiveness of GTP&A initiatives in meeting business objectives and recommend innovative solutions. The Business Analyst will be responsible for utilizing data to tackle business challenges, pro-actively mitigate risks and ensure our milestones are supported and achieved. The Business Process Analyst will also work closely with the analytics team to measure progress on organization optimization with the subsidiaries and pro-active address talent planning / forecasting needs. This individual will also oversee team priorities and ensure successful project management of milestones and co-manage leadership meetings including design, logistics, agenda planning, and standard talent operating rhythm. This position will report to the Senior Manager, GTP&A Client Services.

Key Responsibilities/Accountability/Authority (RAA) and Processes owned:


Integrate with People Analytics team on standard data solutions


Integrate with Global Talent Strategy on workforce planning and forecasting


Analyze data and formulate recommendations to support standard talent solutions and products


Reviews internal operating procedures to streamline and improve efficiency of meetings


Work with internal subject matter team to ensure success measures are built and achieved (ie. Affirmative Action)


Share voice of internal businesses / functions with People Analytics and Global Talent Strategy; ensure customer requirements and objectives weaved into solutions, and disseminate information to stakeholders


Effectively train team on data tools and processes


Manage the transition to Workday / 2nd Century talent elements involving data


Ensure integration with Boeing Management System


Facilitate internal Global Talent Diversity and Inclusion Client Services Integration across the BU’s and functions


Prepares work estimates for assigned tasks using cost benefit and risk and opportunity analysis


Conducts business requirements reviews, coordinates schedules and coordinates with appropriate internal organizations and systems


Demonstrates familiarity and use of Project Management and/or Program Management Best Practices tools necessary to assist project leaders


Assists with coordination of reviews, assessments, and audits of business process documentation, as required. May develop or assist with developing process standards, guidelines, methods and tools.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

* Bachelor's degree

* Project management experience work for both small and large projects

* 2 or more years of work experience (or equivalent as part of educational course work) in creating complex spreadsheets (e.g. creating Pivot tables in Excel) and creating data base program applications (e.g. Access application

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

* Experience creating dashboards with Tableau and creating metrics that matter

* Analytical experience collecting, organizing, analyzing, and disseminating significant amount of information with attention to detail?

Typical Education / Experience:

* Bachelor's degree and typically 3 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 2 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
