ZENETEX specializes in management and technology support services for a variety of federal agencies and commercial organizations. We have an opportunity for a Business Systems/Process Integration Analyst to support the Data Center (CD) Process Management Center. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Must have the ability to understand IT processes supporting an enterprise data center, and possess the ability to work with system administrators and other stakeholders to extract data needed for entry/edit. Candidate must be able to take direction from the Govt. customer, Program Manager and Process Team Lead; complete assigned tasking, and report on progress in weekly team meetings. To support the Process Analyst related duties, the successful candidate will have experience in writing business processes and developing workflows. This individual must work in accordance with NAVAIR and DISA policies and industry best practices; including the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework. The position requires a self-motivator with persistence, and ability to contact key stakeholders in order to extract information needed to complete process documents. Candidate will serve as the distributor of processes owned by the DC, and enforce proper adhesion to processes when interacting with team members. Education and Experience Requirements * Bachelor (B.S.) Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, IT or a related technical discipline, -or- the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience * Must achieve ITIL Foundations certification within 6 months of start Specific Requirements: * Excellent technical writing skills * Experience in MS Excel with the ability to import and manipulate data from multiple sources * Must be capable of data mining and producing ad-hoc reports in support of data calls * Must be meticulous and organized * Proficient in data entry with little to no errors * Experience utilizing SharePoint (front end) desired * Possess the ability to work independently, chase issues to-ground, and accomplish assigned tasking within quality and schedule constraints * A people person who is pleasant to work with, but also persistent enough to extract data from Team Leads and TPOCs * Has to ability to schedule Outlook meetings and follow-up with stakeholders * Possess an IT background and the ability to understand project schedules * Experience with maintaining configuration management information for IT systems * Experience with HEAT ticketing system desired * Experience working in the NAVAIR organization desired * Proficient in MS Visio to develop workflows * Proficient in creation of document completion guides * Capable of writing/developing/editing clean, neat, and professional process documents * Experience with developing/manipulating SharePoint Nintex workflows desired Security Clearance * This position will require U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
