Boeing has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Global Sales & Marketing Representative with the U.S. Army Services (USAS) Team. The Marketing and Sales Representative position is located in Ridley Park, PA and reports to the USAS Global Sales & Marketing (GS&M) Vertical Lift Services Manager.

Primary responsibility is generating new business in the U.S Army domestic services market with an emphasis on U.S. Army CH-47D/F aircraft and on IDIQ sustainment services.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Assist in the development and execution of the USAS growth strategy for domestic sales.

• Manage and execute all aspects of a major sales campaign, including:
• Customer engagement plan
• Campaign capture plan
• Campaign specific competitive analysis
• Win strategies that align to the customer’s most important requirements and differentiates offer to maximize Pwin
• Partnerships/alliances with other companies
• Innovative winning business models
• Proposal development

• Lead multi-disciplined teams and strategic business councils

• Effective communication within and outside the company at all levels

• Manage New Business Funds

• Research, review and analyze information about competitors' products and services to develop an understanding of competitor activities and the potential impact on our growth strategy

• Develop innovative customer solutions by leveraging One Boeing, while also benchmarking successful non-Boeing programs

• Maintain and advance customer relationships to proactively address future needs and identify future new business opportunities

• Coordinate across multiple organizations

• Successfully enter targeted new U.S. Army markets

• Significant (~25%) domestic travel

Basic Qualifications(Required):

• Strong technical skills and experience in integrated logistics support, fleet management, supply chain management, and Performance Based Logistics/contracting

• Working knowledge of the DoD acquisition process

• Business/ Capture Sales Experience

• Face to Face Customer Experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Analytical Skills

• Market Analysis Experience

• Industry Knowledge

Typical Education and Experience:

Technical bachelor's degree and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or a Master's degree with typically 7 or more years' or a PhD degree with typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study.
