Perform optical cleaning and visual inspecting processes under minimal supervision.
*Clean parts using all optical cleaning processes, procedures and equipment as assigned
*Maintain records, logs and inventory of chemicals and supplies
*Deliver parts to next department
*Maintain work area and equipment in a neat and orderly condition
*Follow prescribed safety regulations
*Understand and follow ISO procedures
*Read and understand blue prints and process routings
*Understand TQP principles and participate as requested
*Perform other similar and related duties as assigned
High school diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years of related experience.
Ability to read and work to written and verbal instructions,
Visual acuity and aptitude for handling delicate components.
Able to manually lift and handle components in the 15 to 20 lb. range on a frequent basis.
