General Summary

 

Client Services Representatives are the primary day-to-day communication link to DPJ’s retail clients. They provide the customer service and logistical oversight associated with all travel for retail clients, both private and commercial in nature.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external clients.
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with all clients, both new and existing.
  • Answer incoming calls and emails in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Arrange private travel for all retail clients in DPJ scheduling system.
  • Arrange commercial travel in Delta reservations system as requested by each Member.
  • Arrange passenger logistics including catering, ground transportation, or similar.
  • Develop and maintain passenger and company profiles for all retail clients.
  • Assemble and ship Welcome/Renewal Kits to Members as appropriate.
  • Know and explain the terms and conditions of DPJ contracts as necessary.
  • Maintain current knowledge of company aircraft fleet and product offerings.
  • Continually improve departmental processes and procedures.
  • Provide backup coverage for other DPJ Departments as requested by the Manager of Client Services or higher authority.
  • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned by the Manager of Client Services or higher authority.

Qualifications

 

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain long-lasting internal and external working relationships.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize several different tasks at once.
  • Demonstrate a high level of self-motivation and willingness to continually learn.
  • Ability to work in a team/office setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule which will include nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call.

 

Desired Qualifications

 

  • Experience speaking with the affluent or servicing high dollar accounts.
  • Bachelor’s degree in aviation, or equivalent experience in the aviation industry.
