Responsible for assembling and stocking the Aircraft Coach Food and Beverage Carts for Scheduled and Charter flights. Primary Focus is timely attention to detail and consistency in packing and temperature assurance. All work procedures are guided by “Compliance with all Food Safety processes and TSA Regulations” for packing carts. Team Leader supervisors and support the production shift.
Essential Functions: Qualifications:
Must be 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work independently
Must be able to lift up to 75lbs
Work assigned schedule which may include nights, weekends or holidays.
Able to work beyond scheduled shift time to accommodate flight operations
Conduct all tasks in a safe and efficient manner complying with all local, state and federal safety and health regulatory requirements, programmatic standards, and with any internal policies and procedures identified by Sun Country Airlines
Comply with all TSA safety and security procedures
Organized and Focused to pack Aircraft food and beverage carts
Must be able to handle dry ice.
Must be able to work in cold environment
Must be able to follow/understand all production flight schedule packing and menus specifications/paperwork in English
