Work cross divisionally with corporate communications and other divisions to ensure consistent communication to the division as it relates to project, programs and announcements.
In partnership with Manager of AOCS Communication, plan, create, and disseminate strategies, activities and materials for the purpose of keeping employees informed and engaged with company performance and events.
Analyze and interpret company programs, initiatives, and projects to determine if additional communication to the division/workgroup is needed; including identifying the appropriate communication channels/avenues including by not limited to website, email, bulletins, social media, text messaging, hotsheets, etc.
Be a resource person to both management and frontline employees with questions
Research and write online content for the AOCS website based on pertinent and needed information and coordinate internal static content requests and page development.
Provide communication support to Vice President and Managing Director team as needed; including but not limited to creating newsletters, writing website content, updating VP message board, writing water cooler responses.
Recommend and provide content across multiple communication channels, including meetings, website, video, newsletter, social media, bullets, hotsheets and other identified tools to increase effectiveness and impact for employees.
Recommend and provide content and engagement opportunities that strengthen the connections between our remote workforce and the corporate organization.
In partnership with the Manager of AOCS Communications, create and build news articles and web pages and communications/presentations for internal meetings and special events.
Assist Manager of AOCS Communication with communication in support of project management, including but not limited to major announcement preparation and distribution of talking points, memos, key message points, fact sheets and Q and A documents.
Assist with roll-out communications for events and initiatives; crafting communication plans and communication toolkits for program or project roll-outs across the system.
Help enhance internal communications to improve messaging, clarity and consistency across the division.
Develop communication plans and strategies in support of events, projects, and initiatives. Shaping and implementing internal communication strategies to inform, connect and engage employees
Assist with photography and video assignments across the system, including shooting and editing photos and videos.
