JOB DESCRIPTION

The Content Production Manager is a true multi-disciplinary creative talent whose role is to lead in all areas of still image and video production for NetJets. From pre-planning and shooting, all the way through to final edit, the Content Production Manager will focus on producing a variety of still and video content for our Owners, prospective Owners and internal teams such as Learning & Development, Internal Communications, Events and Owner Experience. This person must have proven experience with digital photography, videography, sound and lighting, and be able to tell a story through a camera lens. This role will work successfully with our creative team to produce high-quality assets that best represent our brand and meet NetJets' visual standards, and develop the workflow documentation and shot lists. Accountability will extend to evolving the photography and video assets to ensure marketing materials align to NetJets' leadership status in private aviation and as a luxury brand. In addition, this individual will be responsible for cataloging assets so that they are readily accessible to members of the creative team.

50%: Planning and executing NetJets brand stories through video. Includes pre-production planning, filming, and all post-production sound and video editing of branded content for internal and owned channels.

25%: Captures still images for a variety of NetJets' subjects: aircraft, associates, facilities, events, and other needs as they develop. Helps Creative Director establish guidelines for aircraft and associate photography.

25%: Manages brand asset library. Catalog and archive new and existing assets to ensure organization, findability and note any actions to take around expired or retired assets.

REQUIREMENTS

Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
Course of Study/Major: Fine Arts, Photography or Video Production
Type of Credentials/Licenses: BA/BFA with coursework in the arts, photography, cinema
Related Work Experience: 6-8 years

  • Partner with Creative Director to set vision for brand video storytelling.
  • Organization and expert time management are mandatory.
  • Active collaboration with channel managers, media and creative disciplines to ensure effective visual communications. 
  • Planning, Storyboarding, Design, Layout, Editing, Typography, Illustration, Animation (3D a plus). 
  • Expertise with still and video/production equipment (variety of camera types -- DSLR/RED, lens packages, lighting equipment/techniques, grip gear).
  • Expertise with full Adobe suite Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Media Encoder (working knowledge of Audition and sound tools).
  • Sound - expert when approaching sound design (music, SFX, VO) -- selecting, curating, mastering.
  • Color and finishing - Expert color grading, finishing, mastering.
  • Positive attitude that fosters an exciting creative environment, with high energy and endurance for long shoots.
  • Ability to travel frequently.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
  • Detail-oriented, creative, and proactive.
  • Interest in aviation and/or luxury brands, knowledge of industry trends and leaders.
  • Passion for Pop Culture, Entertainment, Film, TV, Art, Design, Technology.
  • Portfolio demonstrating work in both still and video.
  • Prior experience working in a studio environment preferred.
  • Luxury or travel brand experience preferred.
