In your role, you will:

- Train and coach managers and their teams to build a culture of continuous improvement incorporating the principles of Lean

- Ensure the deployment and maintenance of the Achieving Excellence System, its processes and tools (5S, TPM, SMED, Kanban, Andon, Hoshin Kanri, etc.).

- Support managers in their annual strategic planning exercise and in their daily performance management

- Support managers in setting up their performance measurement system and dashboard (Indicators, targets, charts, etc.)

- Train and be an advisor to managers and employees in their problem-solving and help to process problems to resolved them quickly and effectively;

- Support the required change management;

- Identify wastage elimination opportunities and conduct Value Chain Improvement Workshops (in Kaizen mode) ensuring the tangible benefits sought by the corporate strategy;

- Manage improvement projects with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate:

You have five (5) to eight (8) years of experience in the management of improvement or strategic projects (Kaizen mode, industrial engineering, etc.) and the deployment of a Lean culture in a manufacturing and office environment

You have a good knowledge of a Strategic Planning process

You have excellent problem-solving skills (Six Sigma, Kepner-Tregoe, etc.)

You have knowledge of performance improvement tools (example: Lean, Daily Management System, Performance Indicators and Measurement System, etc.)

-
You possess the capacity of organization and rigor in the accomplishment of the tasks entrusted.

You have the ability to work in a context of transformation and resistance to change
