Job description

Manage contracts with aircraft manufacturers and airline customers for the supply of aircraft engines, and associated business processes.

Job Description:
 Develop and manage contracts with aircraft manufacturers for the supply of installed aircraft engines.
o Draft and negotiate contract language with aircraft manufactures
o Manage ongoing issues with existing contracts
o Coordinate introduction of new products and product improvements, from a contractual and business perspective
o Manage, track and implement purchase order processing and engine delivery, as well as all financial transactions with the aircraft manufacturer
 Support sales and legal teams as required during proposal and contract negotiations with airline customers
o Review contract language, both in form and substance
o Develop internal positions in response to airlines requests
 Implement the airline customer contracts and act as the focal point for sales / finance departments:
o Facilitate the relationship between all the stakeholders and the customer
o Coordinate production and quality issues that arise
o Manage and administer the terms and conditions of the airline customer contract
o Calculate and coordinate the payment of allowances with airline customers
o Process purchase orders for spare engines
o Manage distribution of payment to shareholders
o Track all financial transactions.
 Support company business initiatives and issues
o Serve as Contracts focal point for company-wide programs, and participate in cross functional teams
o Support development of operating practices for company-wide distribution
 Provide data for periodic reviews and various management reports
o Establish and update information for management reports
o Maintain databases and information systems

Travel specifictity

- Must be able to travel occasionally

Candidate skills & requirements

- Bachelor degree in business related field, MBA a plus
- 5-10 years relevant work experience, preferably in an aerospace-related field
- Experience with management of commercial contracts
- Experience in customer relationship management

- Must have strong analytical skills, ability to work in an international and global environment, and possess excellent customer interaction skills
- French language a plus
- Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of management
