The Coordinator-Hub Performance reports to the Manager-Hub Performance.  Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Liaison between United local System Control and ExpressJet System control, including SOCC and crew scheduling.
  • Work directly with these departments and the Manager-Hub Performance to help drive the operation and improve the operational performance.  Monitoring the local operation to ensure we are providing the best operation possible to all Mainline Carriers.
  • Assisting scheduling with crew reassignments, and also help looking for possible crew replacements when we have prior knowledge of an outage or crew that is stuck in an out station for weather or maintenance.
  • Coordinate crew repositioning with management (concourse to concourse or terminal to terminal).
  • Maintain an open line of communication with mainline leadership and Atlantic Southeast & ExpressJet Management teams.
  • Monitor the daily operation, via gate flow and or gate sheets to watch for late arrivals, maintenance delays and through crews with minimum connect times, taking paperwork to those gates to minimize delays.
  • Monitoring of all flights with connection crews, to ensure we are doing everything possible to get the operation back on schedule by assigning an ARC Flight Attendant to pre-board and taking paper to the aircraft.
  • Assist Manager-Hub Performance with ongoing daily drive of the operation to improve overall performance ensuring that we are setting the precedence of being the leader of the Alliance Partners.
  • Assist with daily/weekly audits for safety, with ramp audits and security directives, as well as bag audits, ballast audits and cleaning audits.
  • Support Inflight and Flight Operations management teams when needed.

 

Requirements

Required:

  • High School Graduate or equivalent (GED).
  • Valid Drivers License.
  • Knowledge of FAA rules and regulations governing Part 121 operations with specific regards to rest, flight time and duty times is a plus.
  • Knowledge of both pilot and flight attendant contracts with specific regards to scheduling rules and duty periods is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work within Company computer systems and applications.  Crewtrac is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Windows based software.
  • The ability to handle stressful situations with a high degree of professionalism.
  • Effective communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of the different departments and their roles within the operation (i.e. Chief Pilot's office, Inflight , Airport Services, SOCC and Crew Scheduling).
  • Must be able to do shift work including working days, nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Must be able to stand, sit and walk for extended periods of time.
