Coordinator, Technical Training

The Coordinator reports to the Manager of technical training and is responsible for the administrative duties of the Training department and of the follow-up for the files & technical training activities

Responsibilities

* Update all technical file after each training session;

* Responsible for the two databases for the training and qualification of technicians;

* With the Manager, coordinate and track the requalification’s of our employees and external technicians;

* Coordination and planning of the training sessions (room booking, sending the memos);

* Responsible for the follow-up of the stamps and certificates issued to technicians;

* Budget follow up and order of the departments supplies;

* Administrative support for instructors;

* Administrative support for Destination Transat (Training assignment and follow up/ memos);

* Translation of certain documents (ex: memo);

* Responsibility as webmaster for the Department.

Requirements

* College degree or equivalent;

* Three (3) year’s experience in a similar position;

* Bilingual (French and English), particularly in the writing (translation);

* Excellent interpersonal skills;

* Very good organizational skills, discipline and ability to work under pressure;

* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);

* Knowledge of the regulation of Canadian aviation (cars), an asset;

* Knowledge of Access and/or AMOS, an asset.
