Job responsibilities include but are not limited to administrating FAA regulations for Pilot and Flight Attendant operation under flight time limitations; assisting with the construction of crew schedules, closing of monthly bids, and confirming previous crew movements; revising schedules during delays, AC swaps, and illegal crew situations; collecting crew payroll data ensuring compliance with union agreements; assisting crew members with payroll discrepancies and corrections.
                                           
Qualifications:                      
  • College degree and/or 2 years related airline operations experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Must be computer literate (Microsoft applications) and able to type 35 wpm
  • Must have knowledge and understanding of flight crew scheduling and FAR Flight Regulations
  • Must be able to work accurately under pressure while maintaining strong communication skills
  • Able to work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem solving skills required
  • Available to work varying shifts including weekends, holidays and overnights
  • Conduct all tasks in a safe and efficient manner complying with all local, state and federal safety and health regulatory requirements, programmatic standards, and with any internal policies and procedures identified by Sun Country Airlines
  • Qualified candidates must pass a criminal history background check
