Coordinating with suppliers, internal business partners (i.e.: Payroll) and other benefits specialists, research and respond to complex customer issues (customers include employees, dependents, retirees, terminated employee)
Provide customer care support for new hire, life event, annual and special enrollments
Review employee communications to ensure clarity for the end user
Research, respond to, and resolve inquiries and problems of various complexities
Track and coordinate responses to end users using enterprise case management tools
Facilitate and coordinate functional sub team meetings as needed to address issues or service gaps
Provide employee benefits presentations, participate in benefits-related employee meetings, and coordinate with the appropriate individuals to ensure benefits-related written and electronic communications are up-to-date
Support the continuous improvement of benefits service delivery
Perform other duties as directed by Global Benefits and HR Operations

Typical Experience/ Education:
Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
1 or more years of Customer Care experience working with multiple internal stakeholders and suppliers
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
