Landing Systems
Today, the fully integrated landing systems we design, test and manufacture help millions of passengers reach their destinations safely. But we aren’t satisfied with today’s success. Our global Landing Systems team is committed to continuous improvement – we work hard to make our solutions lighter-weight, stronger and more technically advanced, so that plane travel can be safer, more affordable and more sustainable in the years to come. We are looking for the best and brightest to fly and land with us!

We have an immediate opening for a Customer Quality Technician in our Troy, OH facility.

Position Responsibilities Include:

Manage Wheel and Brake Customer Returns:
Issue Service Notifications (SAP)
Create Sales and Work Orders
Coordinate Customer Quotes and Approvals
Prepare Shipping and Deliviery e. Participate in Customer Status Calls
Use critical thinking and problem solving skills to resolve customer related issues.
Implement new procedures and techniques to improve processes.
Communicate effectively to resolve questions, problems, and escalate complex issues.
Periodically assist in orienting and training other employees.

Qualification: Minimum Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma with 2 plus years MRP (SAP or related) experience
Strong Computer skills (Microsoft Office) experience

Preferred Qualifications:
AA/AS degree or BA/BS degree plus 3 plus years MRP (SAP or related) experience
Extensive ERP and MRP System Experience

Education: High School Diploma with 2 plus years MRP (SAP or related) experience
