Job Summary: Performs a variety of customer service oriented duties within the Club, such as issuing rapid redemption upgrades, boarding passes, future reservations, resolving customer complaints and providing a high level of quality customer service to our elite fliers. Positive communication with customers as well as other departments within Delta. Willingness to serve alcoholic beverages and to maintain the club's appearance. Successful candidates must be willing to remain in this position of a minimum of 6 months. Specific functions, tasks, and departments may vary or be added depending upon the location and operational requirements. Practices safety conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.
Job Qualifications: Must be able to type 30WPM. A strong orientation toward marketing, self motivation and high proficiency in written and verbal communication skills are necessary. Should have excellent customer handling skills. Experience in ticketing skills preferred. Should present a professional businesslike image, have a high work ethic and commitment to excellence. Must be able to successfully complete a two week training course with emphasis on sales techniques, computer skills, and a one week specialized Sky Club training course. Should demonstrate proven ability to work well under pressure. Should be able to work with minimal supervision and take a proactive role in problem solving. Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job, including the ability to lift at least 70 pounds. .
