Primary Responsibilities:

* SAP: Assist with processing loan and exchange units for the PW800 program, including:
* Coordinating with program office on PN shipment priority, providing tracking information, etc.
* Coordinating with UPS to ensure shipment information it timely transmitted and units

* SAP: Assist with material movements in SAP, including the creation of stock transfer orders (ZSTO)
* Participate in weekly NURS usage fee calls and process billing requests and cancellations (SAP) as requested by the NURS customer account managers
* Advise customers on ad-hoc repair capability requests and act as liaison to the site customer account managers for such requests
* Work with Accenture to ensure:
* Ad-hoc open and shipped order requests from sites and/or customers are properly routed and carried out
* Reporting is correct, and if not, relay requests to customer account managers for resolution

* Participate in meetings with management and perform responsibilities as directed (e.g. setting up subsequent meetings, etc.)

Qualification: Basic:
* Must have GPA of 3.0
* Must have completed 30 hours of college coursework
* Must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business or any other related field
Preferred:
* Detail-oriented, organized and professional
* Strong Microsoft Office Skills
