Job description
* • Handle all aspects of the Customer Account Management – work order creation, quote preparation, job tracking and reporting, shipping, warranty adjudication and contract disputes (as applicable, with management support)
* • Participate in contract negotiations as applicable with management support
* • Ability to navigate within government business systems
* • Preparation and analysis of cost estimates and scope of work verification against Component Maintenance Manual
* • Maintain timely and direct contact with Customers to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved and contract terms are met
* • Create, maintain, and publish weekly status reports and monthly MOP's as required.
* • Analyze performance and recommend corrective actions in conjunction with internal and external partners.
* • Review existing internal procedures and identify/implement “lean initiatives” to reduce total TAT
Job requirements
* • University Degree or College Diploma in Business Administration or related field is preferred
* • Technical expertise with applicants having 5 years related experience in aircraft component maintenance
* • Proficient in interpretation of Component Maintenance Manuals, Service Bulletins, Airworthiness Directives, drawings, and other technical data
* • Familiar with Canadian Aviation Regulations pertaining to component maintenance and airworthiness requirements (CAR 571,573).
* • Extensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications including Access, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
* • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision
* • Superior organizational and communication skills
* • Ability to coordinate several projects at one time with aggressive deadlines
* • SAP experience an asset
