Summary

Seeking a friendly, upbeat and motivated Customer Service Representative for our Customer Service/Front Desk Department. Professional appearance with friendly telephone voice required. Must be reliable, self-motivated and upbeat. Good verbal and written communication skills as well as a well-rounded understanding of electonic communication ettiquette is expected. Attention to detail is a must. Customer service is paramount to CLA and team members are expected to exceed client expectations.

Flexibility in scheduling, including the ability to work weekends and holidays, is a must as our operations are 24/7. Customer service experience is required. Knowledge in aviation is a plus.

Duties

* Attracts potential customers by answering service questions and ability to suggest and knowledgeably discuss information regarding other company offered products and services

* Data entry and invoicing

* Open and maintaining new and repeat customer accounts

* Resolves product or service problems as required

* Telephone switchboard operation

* Fielding radio calls from aircraft and line service

* Concierge duties

* Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs

* Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information

* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

* Prioritize responsibilities

* Daily problem solving

* Other tasks and duties as assigned
