Statement of the Job:

Compile and process daily, weekly and monthly ramp sales reports, inventory sheets, POS reports and customer fuel sales as well as provide assistance to customers and staff as required.

This position is Permanent- Part Time (20-30h/week), Evening Shift (4-10 pm)

ResponsibilitiesPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare and balance daily ramp sales report;

Enter daily ramp sales report into manual ledger and computer system;

Monitor fuel inventory daily and balance fuel inventory to daily ramp report;

Balance and process weekly POS reports;

Record Customer fuel sales;

Calculate monthly Shell contract sales and forward to Shell for processing;

Arrange reservations for transport, accommodations, catering, etc. as requested by customers;

General Daily Housekeeping Duties (conference room, etc.)

Perform other related customer service duties as assigned.

MININUM QUALIFICATIONS:

MUST HAVE PREFERRED

EDUCATIONAL LEVEL: High School Diploma..

SPECIALTIES/MAJOR SUBJECTS: General knowledge of accounting (asset);

TYPE OF WORK EXPERIENCE: Previous customer service experience required (2 years);

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN INDUSTRY: 2 years. 5 years.

OTHER RELATED EXPERIENCE:ADDITIONAL SKILLS:

* Computer Skills: Intermediate Knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word;

* Strong organizational skills/numeric accuracy;

* Flexibility in relation to work schedule;

* Bilingualism (English mandatory; French is an asset);

* Replacement during vacation and holidays or when necessary.
