Data Analyst (Sr Analyst) - HR Analytics & Reporting

Responsibilities:
oAnalyze and convert large amounts of human resource data into meaningful and useful reports
oDevelop and produce both routine and ad hoc reports, dashboards and presentations to support leadership decision-making 
oCollaborate with HR business partners to define reporting needs, develop action plans and execute.
oQuickly learn potentially unfamiliar topics, manage priorities to ensure project deadlines are met, and establish and maintain relationships with peers within the department and other divisions
oAssist with the management and administer internal databases and a portfolio of reports
oIdentifying opportunities to improve and streamline reporting processes 


o Bachelor's degree with a strong preference for a quantitative major (math, statistics, economics, finance and computer science) is strongly preferred, or equivalent work experience
o Strong analytical skills with at least 2 years of prior data/system experience with reporting and data analysis experience is required. Experience with HR data or HR systems is desirable
o Proficient with Microsoft Office software, specifically Excel. Demonstrated ability to produce reports and presentations in PowerPoint with graphics
o Exposure to Hyperion, Crystal Reports, Tableau or similar reporting applications
o Strong organizational, decision-making and time management skills 
o Perform with a high level of accuracy under time-sensitive deadlines and be able to handle the demands of a fast-paced work environment 
o Embody Delta's Rules of the Road, consistently demonstrate a high standard of excellence to our customers, co-workers and communities we serve
