ZENETEX specializes in management and technology support services for a variety of federal agencies and commercial organizations. We have an opportunity for a Delivery Team Lead to support international deliveries of Building Partner Capacity articles for Security Assistance and Security Cooperation programs by the NAVSUP Joint Consolidation Point in Mechanicsburg, PA. Primary Duties and Responsibilities * Task Delivery Team members to effectively and efficiently coordinate and manage deliveries * Ensure customer satisfaction is being met * Review all documents prior to distribution to ensure accuracy on a weekly and quarterly basis * Coordinate with DSCA, Implementing Agencies, and Deputy Director at NAVSUP WSS to prioritize shipments on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis * Coordinate with Deputy Director at NAVSUP WSS to ensure daily Global Priority Schedule is updated and accurate * Lead Joint Consolidation Point Automation Effort with DSCA-IT to automate products and improve processes pertaining to the Delivery Team. * Participate in bi-weekly DSCA telecons * Participate in Program Management Reviews and other COCOM level meetings, as appropriate * Participate in meetings with vendors to receive updates and ensure other members of the Delivery Team are updated * Participate in pre-shipment and post shipment calls to track any process improvements. * Ensure all delivery team members are meeting goals and deadlines * Mentor, Guide, and Train delivery team members, as appropriate, in all areas of responsibility Education and Experience Requirements * Preferred Bachelor’s Degree, with a preferred area of study in Business and/or Supply Chain Management * Preferred 3.0 GPA or higher upon graduation * 5+ years experience within the Global Train & Equip portfolio * Ability to train members of the team in all areas of responsibility * Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills including the ability to create and maintain linked documents, charts, graphs, and presentations * Skill in Program Management * High level of communication skills, including the ability to write and present material at senior levels * Demonstrated ability to rapidly identify and establish rapport with COCOM, Security Cooperation Officers, Implementing Agency, and Life Cycle Management representatives * Ability to employ basic project management skills to plan and execute security cooperation/capacity building logistics * Knowledge of and use of Security Cooperation Information Portal’s (SCIP) Security Cooperation Management Suite (SCMS), including the ability to input data and run reports * Ability to track multiple shipments simultaneously – Organization is key Security Clearance * This position will require U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret clearance.
