Cathay Pacific Airways is looking for a passionate and experienced manager to lead their digital sales & marketing team, overseeing all digital strategies (email, SEM, digital marketing, ecommerce and social media) for the airline in the US.

Key Responsibilities:

E-Commerce

Grow online sales in accordance with target and Head-Office strategyOversee revenue performance for B2C and B2B marketsTo identify trends in traffic & sales through data analysis (flown revenue, ticketed revenue, forward bookings) for optimization Report on new trends & technological developments in the marketplaceWork closely with Brand & Loyalty Marketing departments to drive traffic to the website through Advertising & Loyalty actionsAct as the main point of contact for queries on marketing & online actions for our global call centre team, ensuring fluid and consistent communication Participate in the launch of new functionalities and provide feedback to global eCommerce team in Hong KongManage partnerships with Online Travel Agencies and Metasearch channels in the US
