Description
 

The Digital Services Business Manager facilitates smooth internal execution across business units and divisions as digital services is operating as a single channel for all AAR units.The Business Manager is connecting the dots making sure that all internal constituents are aligned and ready to offer their products and services through online channels. This requires a fair amount of interfacing with existing internal and external systems and staying on top of execution activities and metrics.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

 

-Ensure and maintain data integrity for commerce operations including: Customer Master, Product Master, and Pricing/ Tiering

-Maximize and drive a complete and e-channel ready offering including:

All available inventory, Rapid quote ready pricing, Supporting documentation

-Lead internal projects and drive operational process improvement and efficiencies

-Manage internal content to facilitate smooth operations, e.g. IPCs etc.

-Business performance tracking and management

-Track operational metrics and maintain dashboards to measure business performance

-Establish metrics and reports to monitor the performance of each digital sales channel

-Support regular reporting cadence and proactively manage the performance of each sales channel

Qualifications
 

The ideal candidate will have expertise working in a B2B ecommerce environment. The right candidate will have can do attitude breaking down barriers to facilitate smooth collaboration across organizational boundaries and will bring the right level of intellectual horse power. Experience and passion for aviation is definite plus.

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

 

-Bachelors degree

-5 plus years of related experience and/or training

-Proven program management skills.

A consensus-builder and is capable of utilizing his/her strong interpersonal, verbal, presentation and writing skills to successfully interact with partners and colleagues.

-Good business acumen and ability to collaborate with sales and product line colleagues.

-Energetic, doer with strong communications, writing and quantitative skills

-Demonstrated ability to influence people and get results through others

-Strong customer orientation and problem solving skills
