Cathay Pacific Airways is looking for a dynamic and analytical team player to join our Digital Marketing team as an eCommerce Analyst.

The eCommerce Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and growing online sales for the airline in the US. You will be working closely with Marketing, Revenue Management and HQ teams to ensure revenue goals are aligned.

Key Responsibilities:

Forecast, Report and Analysis

Responsible for growing online sales for B2C and SME markets in accordance to target and HQ strategyForecast sales on CX.com and COTS (Corporate Travel Solutions Program), implement appropriate strategies to optimize revenue performance on CX.comBenchmark results consistently to ensure business targets are achievedDevelop insights and recommendations on site metrics such as traffic and conversion data to Revenue Management, Marketing and HQ Digital Retail teamsWork closely with Marketing and PR departments for fare promotional support.Partner with Digital Marketing Analyst to oversee SEM performance on CX.comIdentify, analyse and report trends in traffic and customer behavioural data on websiteConduct competitive analysis and provide useful findings to cross-functional teamsGenerate monthly reports on revenue performance from multiple data sets for executive teams in US & Hong Kong
