KBRwyle is seeking an electrical engineer with semiconductor experience utilizing III-V materials. The selected candidate will have knowledge in various semiconductor manufacturing processes including photolithography, thin film deposition (sputtering and PVD), wet etching, and automated wafer inspection. The selected candidate will perform failure analysis to determine the root cause of test failures, data analysis, optical microscope and scanning electron microscope investigation, energy dispersive spectroscopy measurement, spectral analysis, electrical probe analysis, and reverse engineering.
Education/Experience: A master's degree in electrical engineering with eight (8) years of experience is required.
Experience in failure analysis and root cause analysis is required. Experience in programming and operation of wafer defect inspection systems as well as the ability to develop and maintain automated systems for monitoring process yield data, process metrics, and test metrics is required. Experience with photolithography and thin film deposition systems is required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: The selected applicant must meet eligibility requirements for a DoD security clearance, as well as the Air Force Research Laboratory requirements to access Wright-Patterson Air Force Base.
