Position Description

ELECTRO-MECHANICAL ASSEMBLER

Brookfield AMETEK currently has an immediate opening for an Electro-Mechanical Assembler on the first shift.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Perform a variety of operations required to assemble and calibrate analog and some digital viscometers.
• Will be trained on multiple jobs.
• Will be required to solder daily, pour silicone, build sub-assemblies to support instrument builds, calibrate cone plate instruments, pack instruments, and build and calibrate dial instrument sub-assemblies.

Position Requirements

• 3 years related experience with electro-mechanical assembly, final assembly, testing, calibrating, soldering, and working with small parts.
• Attention to detail required.
• Exposure to teams and cellular manufacturing preferred.
• Ideal candidate will work to identify continuous improvement initiatives.
